1. No Refund After Activation

Because BotMax AI provides digital software, account provisioning, and third-party setup such as WhatsApp API activation, refunds are not issued once access is activated or provisioned.

2. Demos and Evaluation

We recommend booking a demo, reviewing documentation, and confirming feature compatibility before purchasing. Our team can explain use cases and setup expectations before payment.

3. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were billed in error, contact [email protected]. We will review billing concerns and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may lead to account suspension or termination while the dispute is investigated.
