Data Processing Responsibilities

BotMax AI operates as a processor for customer data. We only process data under documented instructions, maintain confidentiality agreements, and ensure sub-processors meet equivalent safeguards.

Data Subject Rights

Customers can request access, correction, deletion, or export of their information. Submit requests via [email protected] and we’ll respond within statutory timelines.

Data Residency & Retention

Choose regional data centres to align with residency requirements. Retention defaults to 18 months and can be tailored; deletion is automated when contracts end or upon request.

Incident Management

We monitor for breaches, notify customers without undue delay, and maintain runbooks for containment, recovery, and post-incident reviews.
